 One Sheets
Each one of the various event locations in ewerk has its own “One Sheet”, which succinctly describes the location, providing the most important information concerning spaces and facilities available.
As well as these, we have also prepared One Sheets for you that describe the most important services offered for the rooms, such as banner areas, flags and drapes.
Layout plans.
Below you can also find floor layout plans for the individual event areas and outdoor spaces. These contain all the information that you will need for planning your event:
- Lists of all available functional areas
- Suggested seating plans that show you how the various spaces can be put to optimal use
- Information on emergency escape routes
- Overviews of the available connections to the power grid and for rigging points
- Layout plans of the exterior areas such as the plaza and parking lot
These plans are available for download in pdf or dwg format (the latter are zipped owing to their large size).
All of the plans use layers to clearly structure the wealth of information contained within them, according to particular needs.
Images / Details / Other
Tools available for detailed planning include the list of power supply points, as well as the manual for the backstage areas.
