The roof, with its spacious rooftop terrace and modern lounge bar, is one of ewerk’s most exciting features from a number of standpoints. First of all, customers and guests are always very pleasantly surprised when they first enter the space. And then there’s the magnificent panoramic view over downtown Berlin. And last but not least, the terrace allows for outdoor use in the summer, while the indoor lounge allows for stylish events in an intimate atmosphere during the rest of the year.
 The lounge and rooftop terrace are an ideal venue for conferences, banquets, speeches, cocktail receptions and special events of just about any kind, in a uniquely refined ambience. The space is suitable for gatherings with 20 to 200 guests.
The lounge has 330 square meters of space on split levels, and the terrace provides an additional 420 square meters of space. The steel, glass and wood in the space dovetail dynamically and elegantly with the factory brick. The lounge and terrace were designed so as to create an exclusive and modern ambience. They create an architectonic counterpoint to the remainder of the space whose historical character was lovingly preserved.
