The biggest challenge we faced in remodeling ewerk’s event spaces was ensuring that all of the functional requirements for a top notch venue were met. We feel that the outcome was highly successful, since ewerk provides all of the required infrastructure combined with optimal versatility for every imaginable type of event.
 We have found that it is only during the event planning process that customers discover that they may need space apart from the event space itself. In order to enable us to provide you with a comprehensive price quote, we have compiled a list of auxiliary ewerk spaces that you may want to use for your event.

ewerk has a 2500 square meter parking lot in front of the building. The parking lot can be used in a variety of ways, e.g. for 50 guests’ cars, for trucks, or for mobile broadcasting facilities. A tent can also be set up in the space, and it can also be used for entry control purposes.
The parking lot has a turnaround area for a bus shuttle, which means that you can bus your guests to the event venue expeditiously.

For event concepts that need a connection between both event halls, a tailor-made walkway between the halls has been designed, which we can provide to our customers on an individual basis. This tailor-made solution gives our customers the chance of using a flexible and attractive solution the design of which matches the overall ewerk concept, and which meets the same quality standards as our event spaces while offering a real enhancement in functionality. Using our “Walkway”, both event halls can be incorporated into one space without any restrictions on its utilization. Under “Downloads” you will find usage descriptions, some structural sketches and a selection of photos.

ewerk has a spacious plaza that connects the facility’s two buildings. The plaza can be used for your event by prior arrangement, e.g. for an outdoor reception or for a barbecue. At past functions, the plaza has proved to be an ideal venue for red carpet receptions with a catwalk. A covering can be installed over the plaza for large scale events so that the two buildings are connected by a weatherproof walkway.

ewerk also has production space available. This is a particularly useful amenity for events that extend over a period of several days, in which case it is often worthwhile for customers to lease our turnkey, fully-equipped onsite production facilities

The availability of sufficient office and backstage space is often a key factor in choosing an event venue. Hence, when plans were drawn up for remodeling ewerk, we created a maximum amount of useable auxiliary space that can be used for artists’ dressing rooms, backstage areas, or as office space for caterers.
